Welcome
To our centrally located Delray Beach Vacation Rental Home. The house was built in the 1920's. Is now surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and has been renovated with modern conveniences.

Location
Two blocks from Atlantic Ave we are centrally located. Walking to the beach is a breeze: its 7 blocks and about a 15 min walk. Walking to restaurants for the evening is between 2-5 blocks and as little as 5 minute walk. Driving is not necessary once you reach our home! We are on NE 7th Ave (2 blocks north of Atlantic Ave).

Situated
The property has a unique side and back yard giving you a lot of room to relax. The yard has meticulous and native landscaping that will indulge and give you the rest, relaxation you need. A very large mango tree accentuates the center of the property.

Feel
The feel of the house is punctuated by old Miami Dade pine floors, mexican tiles in the foyer and kitchen, has decorative spanish archways, a working fire place with a brick mantle, a chef's kitchen. The large foyer has with a pecky cypress celing, and a large desk overlooking the front yard and street (desk and foyer are not pictured here). The interior of the house was repainted by the owner upon purchase in neutral colors with 2 red accent walls in the living room.

Plus One Studio
The property is comprised of a 3 bed / 3 bath Main House and a 1 bedroom Studio which rent out seperately or combined. The studio does not have access house. Rest assured that you have full rights to the entire property if you just rent out the main house. The studio has no rights to the property excpept to park and sleep in case it is rented.

Chair/Lounge service on the beach
Property will come an unlimited beach season card for beach lounging (chairs and umbrella) on delray beach 2 people/card, towels, beach towels from the house, extra beach chairs from the house. If you rent the Studio you will get 2 passes good for 4 people.

Our 32" HDCATV Flat screen in living area has HD Service for all major networks and events but no movie channels, and comes with a DVR (so you may watch your own shows at your leisure) and a DVD/CD player. We provide some dvd movies and various books for your reading enjoyment. There is also an area for outdoor barbecuing and relaxing. There is 4 car parking availability in the front driveway.

#4 Studio - Largest bedroom in house, Queen size pillow top bed, with it's own 32" HD CATV, smaller private bathroom, 2nd floor walkup overlooking the garden.

Golf Information
Public Municipal Golfing available nearby west of 95 in Delray Beach as well as in Boca Raton for a nominal fee. DelrayDelray Beach Golf Club is a 1923 Donald Ross Design located off of Atlantic Avenue just three miles west of the historic Downtown Delray Beach area. This jewel is a meticulously manicured championship track, and features 6,907 yards and a par-72. Delray Beach Golf Club is the home of many of the most prestigious special events in the area, including the annual Jameson Classic Pro-Am, and the annual Beth Daniel / Meg Mallon Clinic. Delray Beach Golf Club is a full service operation, with a driving range, putting area, lesson programs, and full restaurant, bar/lounge, and banquet facilities.

Delray Beach Tennis Center
Is a full-service public tennis facility with 14 clay courts, 7 hard courts, and an 8,200 seat stadium located in the heart of Delray Beach, FL just to the west of the world famous downtown area on Atlantic Avenue. The Delray Beach Tennis Center features an upstairs pavilion and conference room, pro shop with locker rooms, racquet stringing and merchandise. The club offers a wide variety of adult and junior programs, leagues, clinics and camps.
In addition, the Delray Beach Tennis Center has a second location, the Delray Swim & Tennis Club, located on Jaeger Drive. The Delray Swim & Tennis Club features 24 clay courts and a new clubhouse that opened in the summer of 2006, that has a pro shop with merchandise and locker rooms.

The studio also comes with it's own beach pass so this brings your beach pass total to 4 adults
