private swimming pool 60 m2 surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas,
and chairs. Parking is available within the property grounds.

Basement: There is a room with a pool table.
Ground floor: The living room has two couches, a fireplace, satellite
TV, a VCR, DVD player, and a CD stereo. There is also a dining room
with a table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven,
toaster, and dishwasher. There is one bedroom with a 160 cm
queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and
shower. Also on this floor is a separate WC.
First floor: There are three bedrooms on this floor, each with an
ensuite bathroom. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed, and
the second and third bedrooms each have two 90 cm single beds. Two of
the bathrooms have a sink, toilet, and shower, whereas the third
bathroom has a sink, toilet, and Jacuzzi tub.
Second floor: There is one bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and
an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.

Location
The lovely town Sant’Agata sui due Golfi is located just 450 meters
from the property, therefore is within walking distance. Described as
“one of the pearls” in the Gulfs of Napes and Salerno, Sant’Agata sui
due Golfi is perched on a hill offering views of the coast, sea, and
two bays nearby. Today it is best known for its church of the same
name, the monastery of Deserto, and its archeological ruins dating
back to Etruscan times. Of course, there are also markets, shops,
restaurants, including the historical Don Alfonso, and an endless
amount of walking paths away from the main roads. Sorrento is a short
drive away where you’ll find a museum, music festivals from
mid-September to mid-October, and various art galleries throughout the
year. Shoppers, be sure to stop by Via S. Cesaero in the center of
Sorrento to buy or browse craft stores, sweet shops, and clothing
boutiques. Keep in mind that every Tuesday is the weekly street
market. There are also cinemas, wine bars, and even a bowling alley to
amuse you during your visit. For day trips, make sure to see the chic
coast town of Positano, the ruins of Pompei, and the culturally
significant city of Naples.

Security Deposit
Upon arrival at the property you are required to pay to the property
representative a security deposit payable by cash, traveler's checks,
or credit card. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to
your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the
property. The listed security deposit is: 500 EUR

Clients are expected to depart the property by 10:00 am, unless
otherwise indicated.

If available, cook service must be arranged at least two months prior
to arrival and is subject to the availability of the cook.

CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO GIVE A PHOTOCOPY OF THEIR PASSPORT TO THE
