Vacation Rental Description

We have 2 beautiful marina front condos.
Boater's Delight as these condos come with your own boat slip for up 
to 35 foot boat and fresh water wash down. Walk out your patio door 
to your boat!    
 
 
Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath tropical paradise on the marina at 
Treasure Cay, Abaco Bahamas. 

Treasure Cay has a 3 1/2 mile long cresent beach of pure white sand. 
National Geographic Magazine voted Treasure Cay as one of the 10 
most beautiful beaches in the world. Treasure Cay is one of 
the "Family Islands", boasting wonderful fishing, boating, diving, 
tennis, golf and best of all just relaxing in a non hustle-bustle 
atmosphere. The pace is laid back and the people are happy and 
friendly.

Each condo and private boat slip are right across from the large 
marina with yachts up to 150' in an out of this deep water basin. 
The condo complex has 4 pools and 2 complimentary tennis courts 
reserved for Royal Palm guests and friends.

This tropical haven is decorated with island colors and scenery. The 
master bedroom has a private full bath, kingsize bed, walk in 
closet. 

The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a second full bathroom, 
washer and dryer in the unit, ceiling fans throughout and central 
air conditioning. 

The kitchen is open to the living and dining and bar 
top, which is great for entertaining. The view from the living and 
kitchen area is the beautiful marina, where you can see the 
sportfisherman come in with their catch, or the large yachts come in 
with their crew and guests. The kitchen has full size refrigerator, 
cook top stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all 
the dishes and pots you might need. Cable television, VCR with a 
small stock of movies and a CD player are there for your enjoyment. 

A nice outside patio with table and chairs and gas grill are also 
right outside your door. Your boat is within steps from your patio, 
and fresh water is available on the dock to wash your boat.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Treasure Cay is an easy one hour flight from Florida and then a 10 
minute taxi ride to the condo. Marsh Harbor is also a one hour 
flight from Florida and then a one hour taxi ride to the condo. 

Golf Carts- the main form of transportation here in Treasure Cay, 
not required but quite enjoyable to rent for your stay.

Scooters and Bicycles- also available for rental

These condos are located in the middle of all the activity, with a 
grocery store, liquor store, bakery, mini market, 3 small gift 
shops, dive shop, boat rentals, a bank, post office and 2restaurants 
and bars all within a 5 minute walk from your door. There is a fine 
jewelry and clothing store.

Car rental- some people enjoy renting a car for a day and driving 
around the entire island of Great Abaco. Treasure Cay and Marsh 
Harbor are the 2 main towns, but there are many other small quaint 
towns and sites to be seen, Sandy Point, Cherokee, Fox Town, 
Cooper's Town, Hole in the Wall.

Grocery,Bakery, Liquor Store-All located a couple minutes from your 
door. 
The grocery store has a full stock for all your needs, bread, meats, 
ice, milk, canned goods etc. The bakery is a true delight. Flo makes 
cinammon buns fresh each day that melt in your mouth. She serves 
fresh coffee as well as loaves of Bahamian bread and any other baked 
goods you might request. Baked macaroni is a specialty, done in a 
baking pan and served in a square piece or you can order a whole 
pan. Fresh baked cookies are also delicious
There is an ice cream store connected to the bakery with many 
flavors 
of ice cream and fresh baked cookies. The liquor store has beer and 
wine and spirits.

Activities and Attractions

Golf- 18 hole par 72 Dick Wilson golf course on site. Club rentals 
available. No starting times needed.

Tennis- 2 complimentary on site tennis courts

Pools- 4 fresh water pools on premises

Golf carts, scooters, bicycles and autos- rentals available weekly, 
daily etc.

Diving and snorkeling- full service dive shop with rental gear and 
tank fills as well as dive and snorkel trips and scuba instruction

Restaurants
1.Spinnaker located just steps away from the condo offering 
breakfast, lunch and dinner
2.Tipsy Seagull-Thursday is pizza night with fresh made pizzas and 
salad and lively music
3.Coco Bar-across the street by the beach, this covered deck 
restaurant and bar serves lunch every day and Tuesday night is a 
Western barbecue with all the fixins and karaoke entertainment.
4.Touch of class- a short complimentary shuttle ride to their 
restaurant, serving fish, conch, lobster, chicken, steak, pork 
chops, turtle and more. Dinner starts off with a plate of conch 
fritters and a basket of Johnny cake. They will deliver to your door 
as well.
5.Coconuts-a complimentary shuttle ride away, featuring steak, 
lobster, conch, fish, pastas, chicken and salads. They will deliver 
to your door.

Medical-the Corbett medical clinic is staffed with a fine doctor 
with walkin and appointments and pharmacy on hand.

Boat rental-available in the marina 21'-27', weekly, daily etc.

Island hopping
1.Ferry to Guana Cay on Sundays for the famous pig roast and party 
at Nipper's. Nipper's is situated high on a bluff overlooking the 
Atlantic Ocean and a beautiful reef for excellent snorkeling.
2.Green Turtle Cay and New Plymouth- a 10 minute taxi ride to the 
ferry dock and then a 15 minute ferry ride puts you back in time. 
New Plymouth is a quaint fishing village with colorful houses and 
interesting streets. New Plymouth on Greeen Turtle Cay has many 
great restaurants, bars, gift shops, ice cream, bakeries and 
historical places to visit.
Marsh Harbor- 30 miles south of Treasure, it is the largest town on 
Great Abaco with many, many restaurants, bars and shops. Quite a 
busy town, but nice to visit for a day and then get back to the 
peacefulness of Treasure Cay. Taxis can be hired for the day and 
they will gladly drive you around Marsh Harbor, show you the sites 
and customize your visit however you'd like. Car rentals are 
available as well and the driving is quite easy, although you do 
drive on the left side of the road.

Vacation Rental Rates

$250.00 per night

$85 one time cleaning fee
Mastercard and Visa accepted

3 night deposit on stays of one week or less
1 week deposit on stays of 10 days or longer

When booking, the dates you reserve will be held for 1 week until 
deposit is received. Deposit is refundable up to 60 days prior to 
reservation. Full payment is due upon check in.
