The air conditioned laundry, which includes sink, cabinets, and folding area, is located in a separate building to the left of the pool.

The main house has central air conditioning and heating, two thermostats, and a sprinkler system on the first floor. In the guest house, there is a separate split system air conditioning and heating unit. Ceiling fans and dimmers for the lights are located throughout. Televisions and cable access are installed in the livingroom, dining porch, all bedrooms, and the guest house. The property has fully-automatic property irrigation and lighting systems.
