$250 per week, plus tax and $60 clean fee

February and March $1800.00 (monthly only)*
January and April $1600.00 per month or $400 per week
May, October, November and December $400 per week
June, July, August, and September $350 per week
*Monthly rentals have a cap of $60 per month on electric
9% sales tax applies
$100 cleaning fee
Deposit: $500 for January February March and April (deposit is applied towards balance due at time of check in.
$200 for May June July August Septemer October November and December (deposit is applied towards balance due at time of check in)
Cancellations: The deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee will be refunded to you, as long as 30 days are given for cancellations for the months of January, February, March and April and 2 weeks notice for the months of May through December
