$70 a Day Beach Studio in Puerto Rico

The studio is small, but has all of the following: a cook-top stove, a microwave oven, a small refrigerator, utensils, dishes, pots and pans, a futon convertible to a queen size bed, an inflatable queen size bed, a dinner table, coffee maker, air conditioner, hot water, TV set and DVD player, pillows, bed sheets and towels.

The condo has a coin laundry, a swimming pool and parking space.

The studio is located at Dalia Street, Number 15, Apt. 301, Isla Verde, at less than five driving minutes from the airport. 

Dalia Street has the beach at one of its ends and a shopping center (Isla Verde Mall) with a Walgreens, a sports bar and a Denny’s at the other end. A bus stop is at walking distance.

Isla Verde is a well-known tourist area with many restaurants, pubs, discos, spas, hotels and casinos at walking distance.

Less than 2 walking minutes from the beach.

Rental for three days minimum. Rates include taxes.

You don't need a deposit to book-in. Just pay on your check-in.

A $50 100% refundable deposit will also be needed to pay for any damages.
