Vacation Rental Description

Upstairs studio apartment with beautiful ocean and mountain views. 
Large shared deck with BBQ grill.  Cable TV with VCR and DVD 
player.  Full kitchen with
4 burner stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.  Pounders beach is
only 98 steps away with your own private trail. Kokololio (Kakela)
beach is also within walking distance.   Some of the worlds best surf
sites are within a 15 minute drive.  Other beaches within 15 minutes
also offer jet skiing, snorkeling, scuba diving, shell collecting,
whale watching (from December to March), seal watching, and 
fishing.  

The Polynesian Cultural Center (Hawaii's #1 paid visitor attraction)
is only 1/2 mile down the road.  BYU-Hawaii, which is less than 1 
mile
away, offers a gameroom, bookstore, sports, and cultural activities
year round.  The Laie Temple of The Church Of Jesus Christ of
Latter-Day Saints (only one mile away) has a visitors center that is
free to the public.  There are 2 bird sanctuaries within 5 miles. 
Waimea Falls Park, operated by the Audubon Society, offers beautiful
displays of native plants and animals.

Local shopping includes the Laie shopping center (only 1 mile away)
and the Polynesian Cultural Center.  Laie shopping center has a
grocery store, a hardware store, an automotive store, a flower shop, 
a
laundromat, a movie theater, banks, a beauty parlor, and many others.
 The Polynesian Cultural Center has a marketplace with locally owned
shops for souveniers and gifts for friends and family back home.

our front door.  Hiking, boogie boarding, whale watching, horseback
riding, and many other activities are available within minutes.

Vacation Rental Rates

$110 per night, 3 night minimum stay required.
$700 per week with a 2 week minimum stay.
$100 deposit required-refunded 3 weeks after stay is complete if all
terms of the contract are fulfilled.
1/2 of rental rate paid 60 days before stay starts.  Remaining 1/2 to
be paid 30 days prior to stay.
