Come and stay in our quiet two bedroom lakefront cottage on the
north end of beautiful chautauqua Lake, with 80 feet of private lake
frontage in wooded area on private road. Less than 2 miles to
historic Chautauqua Institution, our cottage is great for a family.
Enjoy the peaceful setting and beautiful lake views as you dine or
just relax on the 12 by 24 foot screened-in porch. Our private 80
foot dock with boat slip is great for swiming, tanning and fishing.
No pets,no smoking. Seven night minimum stay. Located at 5868 Whitney

Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffe-maker, dishes, pots & pans,
etc.). Large carpeted living area boasts a beautiful view of the
lake, ceiling fan, cable TV Wi Fi & VCR/DVD, games and reading
materials. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination with
washer/dryer for your added convenience. Bedrooms have hardwood
floors. Lakeside bedroom has king size bed, canalside bedroom has
one twin bed and bunk beds. Please bring All linens, towels,ect.(not
provided)
Large screened-in porch has patio furniture and table & chairs and
barbeque grill. The lakeside campfire site is great for roasting
marshmallows or just gathering with friends and family. non-
smoking. You are responsible for cleaning cottage before departure.

education, eating.., is there anything else? Less than 2.5 miles to
the historic Chautauqua Institution. Known for its gingerbread-
style cottages, quaint shops, and lovely grounds, this community has
been celebrating the arts, spirituality, education and recreation
for 130 years. Take in a lecture, an opera or ballet, see a
headliner or just shop.

You are responsible for cleaning cottage before departure.
We rent from Saturday to Saturday.
Check in after 3:00 PM, check out before 11:00AM.
Linens and towels are not provided.
Security deposit required.
No pets, no smoking. One week minimun stay.
$200 security deposit required
