Individually controlled heat and air conditioning. Kitchen table seats 4. Has cable tv and full bath with tub.

Unit is non-smoking and no pets.   Renters must be age 21+.

Is a short drive to Atlantic City, Corson's Inlet boating and bird santuary, other shore areas including Wildwood and Cape May.

This unit has a great location on the corner of 9th Street and Wesley Ave. You can park at the unit and walk to restaurants, grocery store, shopping, boardwalk and beach.
