Newer home located in the Desert Foothills Community. A 1550 sq. ft.
house with 3 bedrooms and 2
bathrooms. The master bath has a double sink, marble tub, and a walk-
in closet. Kitchen has a new
refrigerator with filtered water system. All the amenities you would
need. Washer and dryer. TV's
in every room, with a 60" flat screen in living room. A huge pool
with waterfall and a raised spa
with a view of Laughlin and the casino's. Firepit.

Half the rent and security deposit are due when booked. The rest is
due on arrival.
Wkly $1000 plus $100 cleaning fee and $300 refundable security deposit
Nightly $175 plus $100 cleaning fee and $300 refundable security
deposit (2 night min.)
Please no smoking in the house. We have a homeowners assoc. so there are a few rules as far as parking of boats or trailers, etc.

I am reluctant

The reason I'm reluctant is because, when I tell what a great place this is, it will become so popular that I will not be able to rent it again, just kidding. Great House, Great Area and Kim is just a gem. She was very accommodating and could not do enough for us. Will I be back, well if it was not already rented in March, I would be the renter. Seniors, if you want a house that has "everything" and is quiet, this is the one. Maybe next time I rent, Doug will give me a ride in his boat. We love this area, yes we have stayed in the Tucson Area before, but this in my opinion is more fun, lots to do, great restaurants, great golf, great house with great owners and a HDTV bigger than my 55" at home.

Our Stay at Snowbird Casa

We had been looking forward to our stay in Bullhead City for nearly a year, and were very excited. The month long vacation turned out to be even better then we had dreamed it would be. The home was very nice and extremely comfortable. The first thing we noticed that we hadn't even expected, was how quiet this neighborhood is. The hot tub and pool were a wonderful touch and we definitely enjoyed soaking in the hot tub under the stars as a way of winding down from the days fun. There are lots of activities that the area has to offer. Our favorite was a jetboat ride down the Colorado River to Lake Havasu and the London Bridge. The owners had advertised that everything necessary was provided in the home and they were right. We felt right at home and just sat back and relaxed our way through an entire month of comfort, nice weather and a well deserved vacation. I can't imagine anyone not enjoying their stay at the "Snowbird Casa".

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway
