tropical decor. The condo is located in a newly renovated
development with cobblestone walkways, pleasing stucco exterior and
a new pool, which is just steps from the door. There is plenty of
parking and a new laundry facility onsite.
Across the street, you can play tennis on the lighted courts or
launch your boat in the intercoastal waterway. Within a very short
walk, you will can find beaches, restaurants, a grocery store,
public park, watercraft rentals, the St. Pete Beach recreation
center, nightlife, area shopping and a beautiful catholic church.

Master bath: includes tub w/shower, new wall tile and floor tile,
new lighting and vanity.
Kitchen/Dining area: complete with new appliances, including cooktop
stove, refrigerator plus a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker,
blender, toaster, utensils, cookware, and basic necessities such as
paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper (enough for a start.) Also
includes small kitchen table and bar.
Linens: bath towels, beach towels, sheets for each bed/sofa, and
plenty of blankets and pillows.
Pool area: Beautifully paved, brand new sparking clean pool,
