pool with oceanview, spa, a wet bar with BBQ-grill, tennis court, shuffle-board, reserved parking and 24 hour security. The white sandy beaches and warm Gulf waters are a pleasure.
Lighthouse Towers is steps away from Sheraton Sand Key Resort and Sand Key Park.
Our condo has 1 bedroom and 2 baths, walk-in closet, living room, dining area, kitchen, and terrace off of living room and master bedroom. Master bedroom has king size bed with brand new linens. Living room has extra sleeper sofa and comfie recliner. It includes everything you will need for your stay, including new towls, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 TVs with cable, DVD, VCR, and washer/dryer.
Most impressive is the view of the ocean from every room!

12/1/11--4/30/12: $900 weekly, $3000 monthly
5/1/12--8/31/12: $700 weekly, $2200 monthly
9/1/12--11/30/12: $600 weekly, $1900 monthly
14 night minimum rental required.
Please add 12% Florida state and county sales tax to all rental rates.
Also add a one-time housekeeping fee of $75 and $100 condo application fee.
Full rent, taxes and fees are due 30 days prior to arrival and are non-refundable.
$500 deposit guarantees reservation, and becomes security deposit which will be returned upon
departure, assuming to damage to unit.
All major credit cards accepted.
