Our condo has 1 bedroom and 2 baths, walk-in closet, living room, dining area, kitchen, and terrace off of living room and master bedroom. Master bedroom has king size bed with brand new linens.  Living room has extra sleeper sofa and comfie recliner. It includes everything you will need for your stay, including new towls, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 TVs with cable, DVD, VCR, and washer/dryer.

Most impressive is the view of the ocean from every room!

This 8th floor condo is very clean, beautifully decorated, completely furnished, with fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, flatware, etc.

Now has broadband internet access!

Enjoy breathtaking views from every room! Wake to dolphins swimming in the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico as you drink your morning coffee on your private terrace. Watch spectacular sunsets from the comfort of your bedroom, living room, and terrace.

12/1/09--4/30/10: $900 weekly, $2700 monthly
5/1/10--8/31/10: $700 weekly, $1900 monthly

14 night minimum rental required.

Please add 12% Florida state and county sales tax to all rental rates.
Also add a one-time housekeeping fee of $75 and $100 condo application fee.
Full rent, taxes and fees are due 30 days prior to arrival and are non-refundable.
$500 deposit guarantees reservation, and becomes security deposit which will be returned upon
departure, assuming to damage to unit.
