2000 sq.ft.house which backs up to desert way with paved walking
path. Near club house which
offers, l8 hole golf course, indoor and outdoor pools. tennis courts,
baseball diamond, work -out
room, hot tub, jacuzzi, pro shop, 2 dining rooms. Built in 2006, the
house has never been lived in -
only visited. It was fully furnished and accessorized by
professional designers and includes all
bedding, towels, appliances, etc. It has dramatic colors, beautiful
tile floors and carpeting.
bedrooms, 9 ft. ceilings. Master Suite is on one side of the house
and guest bedroom, bath and den
are on the other side. Large patio with table and 6 chairs, 2 add'l.
chairs & tables and white
wicker love seat and ottoman - plus a barbeque.Cable TV is available
and the club house has full
internet access. In addition to the monthly fee, there is a $500. deposit and $200 would be refunded if everthing
is in perfect condition. Note: At least one of the renters must be 40 yrs of age. Also - the house is rented Jan. & Febr.and March of 20l0.
