Vacation Rental Description

Beautifully remodeled one bedroom with queen bed, 1 1/2 baths 
located on the 12th floor with breathtaking views of the Atlantic 
Ocean, Gulf of Mexico and Bonefish Marina.  Bonefish Towers is an 
upscale condominium complex located in Marathon, FL in the "Heart of 
the Keys".  Bonefish Towers is approximately 100 miles from Miami 
International Airport and 52 miles from Key West.  Bonefish Towers 
is the tallest building between Miami and Havana.

Sorry no pets, RV's or boat trailers allowed.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen with wood cabinets, under counter lighting, 
granite countertops,GE filtered water fixture, stainless steel sink, 
stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, 
toaster and coffee maker.  Dishes, cooking and eating utensils and 
linens provided.  Ceiling fans, AC, cable TV in living room and 
bedroom, VCR and DVD player.  Heated pool (shared), tennis court and 
fishing pier with picnic pavillion.

Activities and Attractions

Nearby is Bahia Honda State Park with several beaches and picnic 
pavillions. Sombrero Beach (public) or if you are looking for some 
excitement take the beautiful drive to Key West.  Other nearby 
activites: hiking, biking, golf, fishing, shopping, restaurants, 
theater, sailing, waterskiing, windsurfing, jet skiing. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Monthly rental $4,000.00



Full rental is due twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival which is 
non-refundable.  If rental is cancelled, only the reservation 
deposit will be returned.  All cancellations must be given 90 days 
before arrival date.  If unit is rebooked, rental payment and 
reservation deposit will be returned minus a $50 handling fee.

$500.00 deposit required to reserve unit for one month or more.
