Good fishing and sight seeing as the Halls river runs thru a bird sanctuary. Your only a few minutes to 3 different rivers that lead to the Gulf of Mexico. Has a seawall right off the patio for fun fishing in your back yard also a dock for a small boat. Comes with a 2 person paddle boat, 2 kayaks and a ganoe. Beautiful fenced yard with water on two sides

There are 3 different rivers close by for boating or kayaking and sight seeing, All the rivers lead out to the Gulf of Mexico. There are 5 antique shops in the area, 14 golf courses to choose from, and many exciting arts and craft festivales. There is also 3 large flea markets for treasure hunters. It is approximately 45 minutes from Tampa International airport & large shopping malls. Unique Crystal River "tent mall" just 8 miles away.
