Walk to Private Beach from Family Neighborhood in Malibu

Enjoy our beautiful condiminium located in a family neighborhood. When you stay here, you will have
membership to the Private Malibu West Beach Club where there is a lifeguard full time in the summer,
showers, and a playground and swings. You can walk to the beach club from our home. There is also
a pool only steps away from our home. There are also two private tennis courts.
Malibu West Beach Club is located directly between Broad Beach and Zuma Beach. Zuma Beach has a
three mile paved walking and biking path and Broad Beach is famous for celebrity homes.
Starbucks Coffee shop, a dry cleaner, a post office and a grocery store that serves hot food from a
grill outside are all located in the shopping center walking distance from our home.

KITCHEN
The kitchen has been recently remodeled. The refrigerator has filtered water and ice maker, built
in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, blender, mixer, toaster, coffee maker with timer. There
is a seating area with three movie theatre seats and a television with Wii. Also enjoy mountain
views from this room. Also, there is a patio with two double adirondack chairs for enjoying the
evening and view.
DINING/LIVING ROOM
There is a formal dining room with a table that seats 6 people. The living room has two couches and
a chair and one of the couches pulls out to a Queen Bed. There is a fireplace in the living room
with a 50" Flat Screen TV over the fireplace. There is a 1/2 bath downstairs.
Off of the dining room, there is a private seating area with a love seat, three person swing and
table for two.
UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS
The Master Bedroom has a CA king bed with a remodeled bathroom with modern glass counters and rain
shower head. The master bedroom has expansive mountain views and there is a work area (desk with
computer, printer, fax and scanner) in the bedroom. There is a private deck with chairs off the
master bedroom. There is also a TV in the Master Bedroom.
There are two other bedrooms upstairs. One has a full loft bed with a desk and bookshelves
underneath. The other bedroom has a Queen size bed decorated with Pottery Barn linens...
These two bedrooms share a full bath.
There are ample towels for beach and bath and the kitchen is fully stocked for a group of twelve.
GARAGE
There is an attached garage that is used as a kid play area and storage for bikes, kayaks, and
tricycles and electric cars...The washing machine and dryer are in the attached garage. There is
also a second refrigerator in the garage.
Chairs and umbrellas are available at Malibu West Beach Club as are beach toys. There are coolers
in the garage and several umbrellas for the pool and patio.
Weekly cleaning available.

The home is located in Western Malibu off of Pacific Coast Highway and Trancas Canyon Road. The
home is located 45 minutes from both LAX and Burbank Airport.
Zuma Beach is walking distance and you can take surf lessons and go to surf camps during the summer.
While at the Beach Club you can see Whales anytime from December thru March.
At the end of Broad Beach during low tide explore the tide pools and the caves with marine life...
There are several family restuarants a few minutes away from our home, And closer into "downtown"
Malibu, you will find more shopping, a movie theater, restuarants, a public park and much more high
end shops and restaurants.
The Malibu Pier has recently been reopened and you can take a boat ride from the pier, fish from the
pier. There are several new restuarants with live music and cocktails on the deck!
You are 20 minutes away from Santa Monica and Venice Beach.
You are 40 minutes away from Universal Studios, the Getty Museum, LA County Museum of Art,
Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Downtown LA.
You are one hour from Disneyland in Anaheim.
Santa Barbara is less than one hour away with a nice ZOO from children and the zoo is near the Santa
Barbara pier.
Also in Ventura County, which is 45 minutes away, you can take a boat all the way to the Channel
Islands or Catalina Island.
