Luxury!Pool House near Vanderbilt Beach & 50" TV in Naples

Very nicely updated and clean house in Naples Park. So convenient to shopping, dining, and beach. About a mile and a half walk to Vanderbilt Beach (if driving, park in the convenient parking deck a block away). Roman was very easy to work with and always responded quickly to e-mails.

All the comforts of home

Very comfortable and clean home. Everything you need to make for a great vacation! Garage door opener was a little tempermental as well as the cable but I am sure the owners will take care of that before the next guests.

Recommended for: families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway

Great place to say near the beach!

This was all in all a great vacation home! We're familiar with the Naples/west coast Florida area and have been in other vacation homes but this one was one of the better places we've stayed. All the interiors were new and updated which is always a plus! The kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed - a couple of dirty silverware/plates were found in the drawers, but nothing too bad. There were oodles of towels in the fully equipped laundry room, which really came in handy from all the swimming we did in the pool - very awesome indeed! The beds were comfortable and the grill out back by the pool area made for some great burger/hotdog afternoons. The owners were very helpful and made the transaction easy. We truly enjoyed our stay at Elmira House and would recommend it to anyone!
