New home with brand new contemporary style furnishings, high ceilings. High-speed cable internet,  50" TV in the living and 32" TV in the master bedroom. Cook inside or grill your steaks outside by the pool! Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. 

Outside BBQ gas Grill. 2-car attached garage.Close to shops, stores and restaurants. Beach equipment and towels
provided for your convenience.

House is newly furnished. All towels, linens and beach towels will be provided for you convenience. Also dishes, plates, silverware, coffee maker, blender, cookware, pots, vine glasses etc are available.
You'll have Gas Grill outside by the pool. Also, beach towels, an umbrella, cooler and sand chairs will be provided to take with you to the beach.

Nice neighborhood. Conveinent location, close to shopping centers and beaches. Easy access to where ever you want to go. The house is clean, spacious, up to date and well maintained. The pool is great! Roman is super to deal with and we had our deposit returned quickly.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

The house was nice, spacious and clean. The pool was clean and nice. The mattress in the second bedroom needs to be replaced.(hard and concave with two people rolling towards the center)The price was alot cheaper than 3 hotel rooms for the week and there was plenty of room for the family to sit around the table and talk. Location was convient to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

From the time we booked this house with Roman, we knew it would be great. We stayed for a week in May and it was wonderful. The house is beautiful, Maria, from the management company could not have been more helpful. The pool was private and a delight. Everything we needed was at our disposal. The home is in an ideal location and we are looking forward to returning in the fall. I have already contact Roman to tell him to hold our dates.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway
