There is a $50.00 holiday surcharge if your booking falls across any of the following holidays:
NEW YEARS DAY, EASTER, MEMORIAL DAY, 4th of JULY, LABOR DAY, HALLOWEEN, THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS DAY.

There is a $85 cleaning fee and 11.42% tax on all stays.
We offer a 10% DISCOUNT on bookings of 21 nights or longer .
LAST MINUTE TRAVEL? 10% diecount on any dates available 7 days prior to arrival.
We do NOT offer this 10% discount any earlier. NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE. :-)

There is a 7 night minimum if booking more than 60 days prior.
There is a 5 night minimum if booking within 60 days.
There is a 3 night minimum if booking within 30 days.
