Our Direct Oceanfront Condo is located about midway between the Kaanapali and Kapalua Resort Areas, on Maui's World Famous West Coast. Kuleana 713 sits just a few feet from the Ocean's edge ~ with spectacular 180 degree views of LANAI and MOLOKAI on the horizon.

Our unit is lots of fun, elegantly appointed, with all the comforts of home.

PS: IN CASE YOU ARE WONDERING :) The airport on the map is TEENY WEENY, and only has prop service. We ARE NOT on the flight path, and there is NO airport noise AT ALL. Been here for 11 years ... we've never heard a plane ... decided to add this foot note to the listing ... people always ask :)

Please ADD $15.00 per night per person for any 3rd or 4th guest over 12 months.
LESS THAN 7 NIGHTS, please add a $50.00 short-stay fee.

There is a $85 cleaning fee and 13.42% tax on all stays.
We offer a 10% DISCOUNT on bookings of 21 nights or longer. $134.00 Low Season / $143.00 High Season. LAST MINUTE TRAVEL? 10% discount on any dates available 7 days prior to arrival. We do NOT offer this 10% discount any earlier. NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE. :-)

There is a 7 night minimum if booking more than 60 days prior.
There is a 5 night minimum if booking within 60 days.
There is a 3 night minimum if booking within 30 days.
