floor has a 20x12 eat-in kitchen, a 21x12 living room/dining room, a
12x14 den with a sleep sofa, an office and a bathroom. The second
floor has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other has
two twin beds. It also has a screened in porch that over looks the
private fenced in yard with a patio and furniture, parennials and a
200 year old weeping willow tree.

The Willow House got its name from the beautiful 300 year old
weeping willow tree that drapes over the back yard, it is conviently
located in Wells (the Moody section) and it is close to all
activities. The Willow is on the Ogunquit line in Wells and it is
only a short ride to York, Kittery and Kennebunk. It is a 2 minute
trolly ride or walk to fine and casual dining, shopping, golfing,
hiking, fishing, The Ogunquit Play House & Booth Theater, The Wells
& Ogunquit movie theaters, art & auto museums, beaches, antiquing,
surfing, boating, night life & more...... The house is located right
next door to The Wells Chamber of Commerce so all the info you need
for a fun vacation is steps away.

$1,300.00 WEEKLY - June 19, 2009 - September 14, 2009 (in season)
$75.00 Cleaning Fee (non-refudable)
$100.00 Pet Deposit (refundable within 30 days)
$200.00 Security Deposit (refundable within 30 days)
CHECK IN - 3:00 P.M. SATURDAY - CHECK OUT IS 10:00 A.M. SATURDAY
A 7% Maine Tax is not included in price.
Linens and towels are available for an additional $50.00 fee (weekly)
***The trash needs to be brought out to the curb Saturday morning for a weekly pick up please.***
