has a screened in porch with wicker furniture that over looks the private fenced in yard with a patio, charcoal grill, furniture and a 300 year old Weeping
Willow tree that gave the house its name.

The Willow is conviently located in southern Maine in the Moody section of Wells, ME between Ogunquit and Kennubunk.  It is a 2 minute ride to Ogunquit Village and 10 to 15 minute drive to York, Kittery, Kennebunk, Kennebunkport and 30 minutes to Portland. The house is close to fine and casual dining, shopping, golfing, hiking, fishing, the Ogunquit Play House, Booth Theater, the Wells & Ogunquit movie theaters, art & auto museums, beaches, antiquing, surfing, boating, night life & more.  The Wells Chamber of Commerce is located next door and they have all the information that you'll need  to enjoy a great Maine vacatiion!

**AS A WINTER RENTAL - October 2013 - May 31st, 2014 - The Willow is available with a lease @ $950.00 per month and does not include utilities.  We perform a credit check which cost $25.00 and non-refundable.  First months rent and a security deposit is required to move. in.

** A small dog is allowed wth a NON-REFUNDABLE pet security deposit of $300.00.
