Featuring an oversized private electric heated pool and courtyard area, this home includes deeded access to the exclusive private Venice Golden Beach that is across the street. AND, we've just added high speed and wireless Internet. Please note there is no local phone. Our Golden Beach Resort House rental is located on the island of Venice Beach Florida and surrounded by gardens and a heated pool. It is a beautiful Florida vacation rental house and has 3 units available for rental.

This is unit #1 and is includes 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with a queen sleeper sofa. Plus, Unit 1 has a double locking/adjoining door with Unit 2 that can be opened to create one large oversized vacation home.) The 1st bedroom has a queen sized bed (sleeps 1-2), the living room includes 2 couches (one of which is a queen sleeper bed and can sleep 1-2), includes a TV, a kitchen area, a dining room table and a private full sized bathroom. Our Golden Beach Resort home is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances (including dishwasher and disposal), air conditioning and electric heat for the few nights when the temperature falls. We also have a separate washer and dryer area plus of course a pool area with lots of lounge chairs.

Amenities: Includes high speed wireless Internet, airconditioning,ceiling fans, electric heat, and a washer & dryer. Plus, a brand new color TV, DVD player, CD player, phone, full kitchen including; dishes/ utensils / cookware / dishwasher / microwave / coffeemaker, washer & dryer, linens / towels / air conditioning in window, ceiling fans, and outdoor charcoal grill. Note: Beach towels and beach chairs are not included. House Sleeps 4.

Our Venice Florida rental beach house is literally across from the exclusive Golden Beach in Venice and a few minutes walk to downtownVenice. It is also only a 10 minute walk on the beach to the Venice Pier and Sharkys where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset. And it is a quick walk to the famous Venice Dog Beach -Brohard Paw Park.

Lower weekly and monthly rates are based on a Saturday arrival and Saturday departure.
