Beach. Boston Whaler V-22's with 200 Yamahas available with the home  
or without. 2Bd 2bth on one side, 1bd 1bth on the other, full  
kitchens with dishwasher, privacy fenced, 2 private docks right  
behind the home. Walking distance to some local attractions, and the  
Key Colony sportboat row. Great boating access through Key Colony  
Beach inlet. Coral Reefs as close as 4 miles from the mouth of the  
inlet. During Tarpon season there are even Tarpon under the docks,  
and the occasional dolphin or manatee.

size bed, double futon, 2bd 2bth has King size bed, Queen size bed,

Multiple week and unit rates, slow season rates. 
Fall Rates, 550/wk for 1bd, 750/wk for 2bd and 550/wk for boat 
Boats available without the house, best rates in Marathon. Christmas  
rates are 1400/wk plus cleaning and tax for the 2/2 and 1100/wk plus  
cleaning and tax for the 1/1.  New Years 1200/wk and 900/wk.
