A Beautiful and spacious condo in an over 55 community. This unit is fully furnished, complete with a well supplied kitchen. Towels and sheets are also supplied, all you need is a toothbrush!! This is a ground level unit with the very best and private view of the lake in the entire complex!! A (king size)  bedroom and living room both access a lovely sunporch. One bathroom is equiped with a shower and the other with a tub.  There is also a den with a desk and daybed.  Cable TV is included. Minimum- 2 month rentals. There are no pets allowed per property regulations.

A beautiful heated pool and jacuzzi are located off the clubhouse
overlooking the lake. Tennis courts and well landscaped grounds are
perfect for leisurely walks and afternoon activity. A coin washer
and dryer is located on premise.

Swimming, biking, walking, as well as community events in the Vista
clubhouse are available. Endless shopping, churches, golf courses,  and restaurants are close by on Route 1.

Beaches and fishing are a short drive away.

April through September is $850.00 per month.

October through December is $1000.00

January, February and March is $1,400.00 per month.

Longer terms rates are also available, as well as year round rentals.
