"Sandy Toes" in Garden City

Don't be discouraged by a one bedroom condo on the beach. This
beach front condo is comfortably available for four. However,it does
have enough sleeping arrangements for six. There are 2 bathrooms. It
is 925sq feet. One masterbath is located adjacent to the master
bedroom( with a queen sized Simmons BeautyRest pillow top mattress).
It is fully furnished. There are two queen sized thick futon couches
in the livingroom--quite comfortable according to previous guests
comments. All appliances are less than five years old. The view
from your balcony is a spectacular vision of the Atlantic ocean. Your
mornings can start with your own home cooked breakfast or you could
go downstairs and get breakfast served to you. Sunglasses are
mandatory in this unit, especially in the early am. Most of our
guests sleep in the living room with the storm doors open just to
hear the hypnotic ocean song. At night you can enjoy your own
cocktails on the balcony while the moon shimmers across the water or
you can patronize the bar on the ground floor.

We are located between Garden City Pier and Surfside Beach Pier. At
Surfside Beach end you could enjoy an awsome southern breakfast at
Nibil's Restaurant which is located and connected to the Surfside
Beach Pier. In the mood for Italian cuisine? Try Antipasto's eat in
or take out! (phone Number is in the unit. Surrounding places are
Scotties Bar, River City (Best Hamburger in Town) while on the
opposite end The Garden City Pier also has arcade, snacks, fish and
tackle, Sams "World Famous" hotdogs. Don't forget Body surfing on the
breakers and of course "Painters IceCream" to cool you off. Whether
you walk onthe beach to Surfside or Garden City; it is a refreshing,
relaxing and very friendly experience! You are just minutes away
from Murrels Inlet (Seafood Capital of the World)! If you are dying
for Pizza with a northern flair, visit the Inlet Square Mall for
Corrado's Pizza. If it is a "sub, hero or grinder" you desire visit
the old Myrtle Beach Airforce Base for the best Italian Subs at
Toffino's. Is it shopping or walking and kid entertainment you
seek? You are 5-10 miles from Broadway at the Beach-a fabulous
place chock full of shops,restaurants, nightlife and kid fun.

December, January, February and March ($950/month or $500/weekly USD)
April, May ($950/month or $700/weekly)
June, July and August ($1350/month or $800/weekly)
September, October and November ($950/month or $500 weekly)

(We do not accept credit cards at this time). We honor checks,
Travelers Checks, certified bank checks or money orders that have a
valid Drivers License number printed or written from the state in
which you reside. Payment is expected in full within 10 business
days from the day your reservation is made online. You have up to
two weeks before arrival for cancellation minus $50.00 to receive a
refund. This is a non smoking, no pets unit to accomodate those
with moderate to severe allergies.
