This 1,300 square foot, 2 bedroom / 2 bath house is a lush tropical retreat conveniently located to
help ensure you are able to maximize your time on the beach or participating in your favorite
outdoor activity. This house if roughly 400 yards from beach access, 100 yards from inshore fishing
and less than ½ mile from grocery store, convenience stores, parks with children’s playground
equipment, restaurants and trolley stop. While you may have a car, you definitely don’t need one.
While the house is conveniently located near all the above, traffic flow by the house is minimal,
further increasing privacy. The back yard, directly off the dining area, with its large well
equipped patio, serves as additional functional living space and is fenced and landscaped for
privacy.
This is a non-smoking house and always has been.

The house was originally built in the 1960’s and is of solid concrete block construction. Only two
parties have owned the house and the current owners have completed two renovations in the last 7
years. These have resulted in a contemporary, clean, functional house with a beachy look and feel.
The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with walk-in shower and walk-in closet with raised
ceilings. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed.
The second bedroom has two – twin beds and utilizes the bathroom just outside the door to this
bedroom. This bathroom has a tub with shower and custom etched mirror to support the tropical
ambiance of the property.
The main living area has as part of the furnishings, a sleeper sofa, providing sleeping space for
two additional guests. A unique glass block breakfast bar between this area and the kitchen provide
opportunity to work/eat while watching television or interacting with people in the main living area.
The kitchen is fully furnished and in close proximity to the dining area and patio.

First and foremost, beautiful St. Pete Beach is 400 yards down the street and across Gulf Blvd, you
have public beach access just North of the Bon Aire Beach Resort. The Bon Aire serves as the Beach
Bar and Grille for the local neighborhoods of Lido Beach and Belle Vista. The beach in this area is
the widest on St Pete Beach providing the perfect setting for morning shell combing, walking,
swimming or just relaxing in the sand. Later in the day, the views of Sunset are unmatched and when
you are ready to return home, you are able to walk home and grab some necessities at Walgreens or a
Pizza at Gigi’s on your way.
Publix, Walgreens, numerous restaurants and convenience stores are all within walking distance.
Downtown St. Petersburg (15 minutes), John’s Pass Village (15 minutes) and Fort Desoto Park (10
minutes) are just a few of the attractions nearby. Tampa International Airport and International
Mall are both approximately 30 minutes away due to close proximately to Interstate 275.

Security/Damage deposit of $500.00 is due upon booking. Dates are held
upon receipt of deposit. 50% of rental fee is due thirty days
prior to arrival with balance due 14 days prior to arrival date.
The Security/Damage deposit will be returned within thirty days of
departure. Liability for damages is not limited to the amount of
the deposit.
Cancellation Policies: No refunds on cancellations
received less than 45 days prior to arrival date. A $100.00 service
charged will be deducted from any cancellation for processing fees.
Deposit and fees can be made in the form of personal check, bank
check, money order/cashier’s check. Please add 12% tax
to all rental fees.
Cleaning Fee is $75 and due 14 days prior to arrival.
