kitchen is modern and equipped with every thing you need to cook and eat while on vacation. The back
yard can easily accommodate a large family with an outdoor table and lounge chairs. The neighborhood
is a quiet Southern California Oceanfront community favored by dog walkers, surfers, swimmers and
people simply enjoying the California sun. There is a 2 car garage. If you are looking for a very
comfortable home close to the beach without all the noise and traffic, this is your place in the
Shores.

The living room has a 65" TV with cable, DVD player, a fireplace, and very comfortable furniture.
The first bedroom has a queen bed and a 45" TV. The bathroom next to it has a stall shower. The
second bedroom has a king bed and TV. The third bedroom, on the other side of a "Jack and Jill"
bathroom, has a queen bed. The den has a full size futon to sleep 2 more. The kitchen has an eating
area with a large dining table.
The back yard is large enough for sunning and a large out door table eating and cooking out doors.
Boogie boards and sand chairs are on the premises for ues on the beach. Even surf boards if
requested can be obtained. The best surfing beach and swimming beach in all of San Doiego is just
200 yards away.
