Beautiful, peaceful and immaculately kept Las Sendas vacation home
located in Northeast Mesa, Arizona. The home is a tastefully
furnished, single level home (2150 Sq. Ft.) featuring an open floor
plan with 4 bedrooms (2 King beds and 2 Queen beds) and 2 full
bathrooms. All beds have new mattresses and new bedding.
Free wireless internet and local telephone use included.
The home also features a beautifully landscaped PRIVATE back yard complete
with heated pool, in ground heated spa and covered deck.
Pool table is now in house.

The Las Sendas community has been named one of the top five
communities in the United States three years in a row by the National
Association of Home Builders Sales and Marketing Council. It is a
truely unique, safe and special place.
The Las Sendas Golf Course is an 18 hole Championship Golf Course.
It was designed by Robert Trent Jones and offers a world-class golf
experience and spectacular views of the entire valley. The area also
offers numerous other golf courses nearby.
The Las Sendas Tennis Center consist of two tennis areas. The larger
tennis area has four private courts including a sloped stadium-style
court. The smaller tennis area has two courts adjacent to the
Trailhead Members Club. Both areas offer incredible views.
Community parks include Boulder Mountain Park, Sonoran Heights Park
and Desert Foothills Park. The parks contain lighted basketball
courts, lighted volleyball courts, large grassy play areas,
softball or soccer field for daytime play, play stations and swing
areas for children, covered ramadas, barbecue grills, seating areas,
bicycle racks, restroom facilities, drinking fountains as well as
walking and biking areas.
Las Sendas contains miles of natural desert and hard surface pathways
for walking, biking or rollerblading as well as leading you to the
