A lovely 2 bed- 2 bath home located on a quiet cul de sac in the village of Calumet Grove.

The home backs on to the 5th fairway of the Torey Pines championship golf course which is part of the Nancy Lopez Country Club complex. The home comes complete with a two car garage, washer & dryer, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. The back yard has been recently landscaped.

The home comes fully furnished with all linen & towels supplied, there is a small gas barbeque. An electric 2 seater Golf Cart is available for renters to use. Home is supplied with  Internet access via a cable modem. There is a 42" TV in the lounge, 32" in the den and also the master bedroom. The master bed is king size while the second bedroom has a queen.

All of the standard activities of The Villages are available to renters, these include golf, pickleball, bochie, swimming and soft ball. There is also four hours of live entertainment every night of the week at each of the two town squares.

Accommodation rates vary from $1,200 pcm for Low Season to $3,200 for High Season. The minimum rental period is 1 calendar week.
Rates inlude all utilities bills for the home, Villigers ID (to use the facilities of The Villages), taxes and the use of the Golf Buggy. There is also a cleaning/preparation fee of $75.00 payable locally to our caretakers in addition to a refundable deposit that varies dependant on  the length of stay.
