Premium months of January, February and March have a slightly higher
monthly rate, regardless of length of stay. Please inquire by e-
mail.
Electricity usage is not included.
Fully refundable deposit will be required. Deposit refund
will be mailed to the tenant not less than 15 days after leaving the
premises, but no more than 30 days.
Long-term leases are available.
Pets are allowed with long-term leases, with a non-refundable
$1,500 pet cleaning fee. Pets need to be 10 lbs or less. Proof of
ownership and current and up-to-date vaccination records must be
submitted and approved by the condominium association prior to final
leasing arrangements.
Use of garage will also be made available with an additional fully
refundable deposit for long-term leases.
Smoking of cigarette, cigar, pipes, or any other substance, is not
permitted at any time.
All paid funds must clear owner's United States bank account, before
taking possession of the condominium. Checks will be accepted when
drawn on a United States bank only. No wire transfers.
Leases entered into within 30 days or less, of desired arrival date
or last minute leases, will have a surcharge of $200.00.
