with a bar table and two stools.  The GE major appliances include, side-by-side
refrigerator freezer with ice and water dispenser; cooking range with
oven; high-power microwave, dishwasher. An assortment of kitchen
items is available for your use, including coffee maker, espresso
coffee maker, toaster-oven, blender. 

Three bedrooms; the master suite with his/her closet, sunken oversize bathtub, and shower, private separate comode area, his and her vanity.  Furniture includes a wood four poster queen-size bed, and small tv, chest of drawers, night tables and lamps, alarm clock radio, bookshelf.

Second bedroom has a balcony with partial ocean view. It is furnished with a love seat, and double bed, mirrored wood dresser, matching night table and bedside lamp and TV with DVD player. It connects to the second bathroom.

Third bedroom has a trundle bed, which can convert to a king size or 2 twin beds.

There is a full size utility room with full size GE washer and drier and folding area and full size sink and best of all an exterior window.

The foyer entry has a closet storing all the sand chairs, boogey boards and
fishing pole. DSL wireless internet is included, cable and local land line telephone service is included. The oversize terrace is furnished with a metal glass table and chairs, and wicker loveseat and two side chairs and coffee table.

The dunes and the ample white sand beach; 3 pools, jacuzzi, tennis
courts, racquetball courts, club house with fitness equipment.
Fishing from the beach, the Cape
Canaveral Pier - a five minute walk, or the Cocoa Beach Pier - a 15
minute walk.

528 causeway, you have easy access to Walt Diney World in Orlando, Universal
Park, Kennedy Space Center with its historical space attractions, and discounted outlet malls.

There are plenty of local casual seafood and non-seafood eateries throughout.

$2,500.00, per month. Minimum rental time/period: one month with signed lease agreement. (Do Not Inquire for anything less than one month, please.) Monthly rental fee excludes the State of Florida mandated 11% taxes. Please see calendar for availability.  No pro-rating of stays of less than one month.  Lease agreement's minimum is for a 28 days month or four continous weeks, regardless of length of stay.

Premium months of January, February and March have a slightly higher
monthly rate, regardless of length of stay. Please inquire by e-

Electricity usage is not included.

Fully refundable deposit will be required. Deposit refund will be mailed to the tenant not less than 15 days after leaving the premises, but no more than 30 days. Long-term leases are available.

Pets are allowed with long-term leases only, with a non-refundable $1,500 pet cleaning fee. Long term leases is anything longer than six months.  Pets need to be 10 lbs or less. Proof of ownership and current and up-to-date vaccination records must be submitted and approved by the condominium association prior to final leasing arrangements.

Use of garage will also be made available with an additional fully
refundable deposit for long-term leases.

Smoking of cigarette, cigar, pipes, or any other substance, is not
permitted at any time.

All paid funds must clear owner's United States bank account, before
taking possession of the condominium. Checks will be accepted when
drawn on a United States bank only. No wire transfers.
Leases entered into within 30 days or less, of desired arrival date
or last minute leases, will have a surcharge of $200.00.
