County, New York. From the moment you arrive you will feel comfortable and relaxed. Our goal is to
provide you with all the comforts of Home at an affordable price.
You will be lodging in a modern, immaculate, ranch-style home, surrounded by spectacular rolling
hills and green pastures. The morning sunlight pours through the patio door in the dining area and
you often find the sheep and horses contentedly grazing in the meadow beyond. As you unwind from
your journey, you can watch the most fantastic sunsets and know the true peace that country living
can bring. The home is completely private and secure, perfect for quiet contemplation.
The surrounding scenery is just breathtaking. The sights are wonderful - located in the Heart of
Amish country. Picture yourself relaxing on the front porch with a cup of coffee, as the
neighboring Amish silently work their farms with teams of horses and you hear the sound of horses
hooves as the buggies pass by on their way to market.
Enjoy the thrills of Holiday Valley and Holimont in Ellicottville, NY - a leisurely drive of 45
miles. Ellicottville, a big ski resort town is a scenic wonderland often referred to as the "ASPEN
OF THE EAST" . You can vacation near Ellicottville without paying Ellicottville prices !
Where else will you find such a homey atmosphere, right in the Heart of Amish Country? With nearby
Seneca Gaming & Casino, Golfing, spectacular fine dining, plus all the pleasures that go with a lake
community...a Fabulous Gift and Cheese Shop and Fresh Baked Salt-Rising Bread? You will also find
maple syrup, honey, homegrown vegetables and farm eggs plus all the items that are hand made by the
Amish Communities, such as quilts, furniture, boat covers and plenty of goodies that come from their
own kitchens.
Even in winter you can enjoy a nice refreshing walk, cross-country skiing, the hospitality of the
local folks, snuggle up with a favorite book or movie or enjoy one of the local pubs or eateries.

27 Miles to Letchworth State Park - The "Grand Canyon of the East" with spectacular views of the
Gorge and the Genesee river. Great for hiking, sightseeing, picture taking, fine dining and
visiting the museum. You might want to have a picnic in one of the spacious shelters.
6 miles to Cuba with lovely Cuba Lake, shopping, antiquing, dining and emergency health care.
This area has a very interesting history. You will enjoy driving through the Historical District.
20 miles to the City of Olean - Famous Rock City, Lots of shopping - an interesting place to
visit. Theater, Jamestown Community College, Fantastic eateries, all surrounded by the wonderful
Enchanted Mountains.
5 miles to Belfast - a quiet laid-back little village with churches, a small park, grocery
shopping, a library and a historical museum.
36 miles to Salamanca - Wellknown for the Seneca Gaming and Casino with the most fabulous dining,
also the Seneca Indian Museum, and the entrance to Allegheny State Park.
A leisurely drive of 71 miles to the City of Buffalo and 88 miles to the City of Rochester.

Holiday Home is situated on an excellent highway, close to Route 19 and also Interstate 86. We do
not object to extra guests. Children are very welcome. Our aim is to provide accommodation which is
family friendly, charming, but affordable - so that you may experience happy times.
This is a modern, immaculate Ranch Style Home including a huge yard and garage (room to keep
your bikes and fishing gear, golf clubs and toys) and a basement. Plenty of space to play and
excercise. All accommodation is Self-Catering to keep the cost as low as possible.

A damage/reservation deposit of $300.00 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of
booking the reservation. It is fully refundable within 14 days of departure.
Payment: an advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival.
The advance payment will be applied toward the home rent - Payable by Paypal (Bank or credit card)
or personal check. (We do not accept Certified Checks. All international transactions must be
handled through Paypal.) The advance payment is not a damage deposit.
The balance of rent is due 14 days before your arrival date. In cases where there is an opening
available and you would like to book on a short notice, we will be happy to accommodate you! We can
mail or fax a contract to you. Call for details.
