breathtaking million-dollar view of the architecturally acclaimed San Diego Convention
Center. Relax in luxury end enjoy the large sunken tub just waiting to be filled with
bubbles and champagne! A large balcony deck off the Living Room provides a full corner

Our reservation policy requires a $500 minimum security deposit to be paid at the time
of booking. The security deposit is fully refundable only if you cancel the booking
within three (3) calendar days after the lease is sent to you. After the lease due date,
a $150 booking fee will be charged against the security deposit and the balance
returned. Once lease is signed and returned, the security deposit is subject to
forfeiture upon cancellation per lease terms. A rental deposit of at lease 1/3 of the
total rental payment is required with the signed lease. Remaining balance of rental
payment is equally split and paid 60- and 30-days before arrival. A 3% fee is added to
all payments made by credit card, including PayPal. An additional 1% fee is charged for
all International transactions. Each wire transfer is charged $30. Transaction fees are
not refundable.
