This condo is a 1320 square foot condo, with front porch overlooking the pool with a view of an eagle's nest and state park also access to gulf for fishing boats.
 Also a screened in lanai. in rear of unit. Our condo is very comfortable , with a big screen tv, stereo, cd player , washer and dryer in unit.

There is a $1000.00 deposit

$250.00 pet deposit (non-refundable) one dog under 25 pounds  or a cat

$200.00 cleaning fee ( not refundable)

At time of booking there is a $150.00 fee to condo asso.

This price rental fee is for a one year lease only.

$800.00 deposit

Security deposit will be refunded after 60 days of leaving minus any charges for damage and electric bill overages.

 
This is a 55+ community and at least one person must be at least 55 years old.
