When you enter on the first floor you are immediately greeted by a designer entry way with a waterfall, gorgeous antique cabinet, and faux croc flooring. Up a half level is the main living space. Here you will find a beautiful expansive living area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and fantastic views out the picture windows. Off the living room is the kitchen with all stainless steel top-end appliances, amazing granite countertops, 2 sinks, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers; basically it's the kitchen of chef's dreams! The dining area offers seating for 6-8 people and great views to accompany a great meal. There is additional seating at the bar for 4-5 more people. Off of the dining room is a sitting room/bedroom with a TV, private bathroom, patio access and a pull out queen sleeper sofa. Also on this floor is another bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and private bathroom.

Up to the top floor you will find a spacious loft area with another queen sleeper sofa. Off of the loft is another bedroom with a queen bed, TV, amazing views and private bathroom. Also on this level is the main master suite offering a king bed, fireplace, TV, private laundry facility and master bathroom to die for! The bathroom features dual sinks, large steam shower with rain head, soaking tub with television and gorgeous marble and crystal accents throughout.

Down on the lower level is where the action happens! There is a flat screen TV, pool table, wet bar, ample seating, and access to a fantastic outdoor area with a hot tub and fire pit. Also on this level are 2 more bedrooms, each offering a queen bed, TV, and a private bathroom.

The minimum age limit to rent 25. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

4x4 is highly recommended during any date that snow may occur.

Ski access

Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $350 + tax that will be applied to your rental.

The refundable damage deposit is $1000.00 and will be collected in advance.
