The townhome has three bedrooms plus a loft and sleeps up to 10
people comfortably. It is spread out over three floors, has three
full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and family
room.
There is a gas powered fireplace to warm you up on crisp nights. Off
the kitchen is a deck overlooking the Uncompaghre River complete
with a gas grill and outdoor patio set.
The townhome, newly built, contains the following:

Ouray is one of the most beautiful and scenic small towns in all of
the USA. It is nestled at 7,709 feet among 13,000 and 14,000 foot peaks all around it. The town has some wonderful restaurants, shops, parks, a hot
springs pool and other scenic activities.

Ouray and the surrounding area offers a variety of activities for
both the summer and winter seasons.

Popular Summertime activities include off-road (4X4) jeeping to ghost
towns and roads that go as high as 13,000 feet, golfing at some world-class golf courses in the area, taking the popular narrow-guage railroad in Durango, visiting the Mesa Verde national park, fishing, camping and water skiing at the Ridgway State Park, as well as miles of hiking trails and some great areas for camping.

Popular activities during the Winter season include skiing in
Telluride, ice climbing in the largest man-made ice park in the world, cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, swimming in the Ouray Hot Springs and
snowmobiling.

Rental rates vary depending on the time of year but generally run
from $258+ per night for
