Just four blocks uphill from the central Jardin of San Miguel is Casa Silver. A pretty, two bedroom apartment in an exclusive gated community of townhomes. Newly redecorated and furnished in comfortable and colorful style with lots of original artwork, Casa Silver is the extreme rarity in San Miguel: a house all on one level. You can walk directly from the curb into the house without encountering a single step, inside or outside. It's a quick 10 minute walk to the center of town, but 20 minutes back up (built in aerobic exercise!)

beautiful view and elegant artwork. The master bedroom has a queen
size bed and the guest room has a futon couch which makes into a very comfortable double bed. There is use of a rooftop terrace and also use of the on site gym and lap pool. This has private parking right outside the
door and is a gated community just 3 blocks from the central Jardin
with a mix of mexican and gringo owners... very delightful, safe and
quiet with peaceful surroundings. This is a non-smoking rental.

The kitchen, though compact, has all new appliances, and is well furnished with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Up on the roof top terrace (shared with the owners) are lounge chairs as well as table and chairs. A great place to enjoy the view or work on your tan.

San Miguel de Allende is a thriving colonial city that is in the
geographic heart of Mexico. There are many fine restaurants, a
bibliotequa, beautiful parrochia church and music in the jardin almost
nightly. the city is filled with wonderful artisan work from all over
Mexico, so the shopping is varied and fun and a delight to the eye...
This beautiful city was just awarded World Heritage Site status and is
very Mexican and cultural with wonderful music, events and a rich
cultural heritage.

Casa Silver is available November through April each year. Long term rental of two - six months preferred. Short term rental of weekly or one month also available. Rental includes membership to the spa.
