7-bedroom Waterfront Family Reunion House in Bethany Beach

 Large,comfortable water-front beach house used for family reunions
and group religious retreats. Sleeps 23 people. Location is 217
Belle Rd, Bethany Beach, Delaware, 19930. House is three
blocks to beautiful, unspoiled state park beach. Two parking
permits
are provided for parking at beach. House has 7 bedrooms, 4
bathrooms, an outdoor shower, and an additional lower level den with
kitchenette. House is designer decorated with new beach-style and
tropical paintings and wicker and rataan furniture. Back of house
is
on lagoon with large fenced-in and gated back deck and boat dock,
great for catching crabs. Front of house has upper level porch
with
beautiful view of lagoon and three rocking chairs, 4 arm chairs, and
tables. Lowerlevel back deck has 4 dining tables, lounge chairs,
and gas grill for serving large family dinners. Front of house has
huge paved driveway for parking 8 vehicles.

Sheets and towels in linen closets are provided, but will need to be
washed prior to departure. House has two washer/dryer sets - one
upstairs and one downstairs
Upper level:
Full size kitchen with dishes, fine china, and cookware for feeding
23 people family dinners; dining table seats 10 and card table can
be brought in from bedroom to seat 4 more. Kitchen bar also seats
2 people. Washer/dryer are also in upper level kitchen
Living room has 2 queen sleeper couches and three arm
chairs, stereo player, and TV with DVD/VHS player. Cable TV in
living room has 500 channels and premium movie channels. Kitchen bar
has DSL internet connection for your laptop computer.
Lower level den has two queen sleeper couches and love seat and
dining table for 6 people, kitchenette, TV with DVD/VHS player, and
stereo player. All beds have comfortable premium mattresses, some
of
which are Beautyrest mattresses.
Upper level:
Bathroom off hallway has bath-tub/shower
Bed Room # 1 has queen-size bed
Bedroom # 2 has queen size bed, set of bunk beds, and dressing
table/desk
Bedroom # 3 Master bedroom has queen sized bed and day bed with
trundle, card table, desk with phone,TV with DVD/VHS player, porch,
and private bathroom with shower
Lower level:
Bedroom # 4 has queen sized bed,dresser, and dressing table/desk
Bedroom # 5 has queen-sized bed and dresser
Bedroom # 6 has two twins and set of bunk beds, and dresser
Both bathrooms in lower level have showers
Bedroom # 7 Master bedroom has new pillow-top king-sized bed that
can
be made into two twin beds, TV with DVD/VHS player, CD player,
dresser, desk, and phone
Laundry room is in lower level

House is across from beautiful state park beach with large sand
dunes. Crabbing is available off back deck with kayaking and
canoeing. Hundreds of Delaware outlet shopping malls are 15 minute
drive north. Bethany Beach boardwalk and Ocean City boardwalk are
close by with rides and amusements for children.
Golf courses, water parks, movie theaters, miniature golf, and
lighthouse museums are nearby. Many great restaurants are available
in the area, especially the Cottage Cafe in Bethany Beach.

All weekend rentals are for a minimum of 3 nights, starting on
Thursday or Friday and you must add on the cleaning fee to the price.
Weekends are for 2 or 3 nights - same price

September weeks are $2,100 for the full weekplus the $160 cleaning fee
September/October weekends are $400 per night for a 3-night minimum plus the $160 cleaning fee.

October weekends after Columbus Day weekend are $300 per night for a 3-night minimum

November through March weekends are $250 per night for a 3-night minimum weekend or $750 per weekend plus the $160 cleaning fee.

Thanksgiving weekend is $300 per night or a 4-night minimum plus the $160 cleaning fee. 

Christmas week is $300 per night for a 3-night minimum plus the cleaning fee.  Any nights after the three minimum are back to the regular December rate of $250 per night. 

New Years holiday is $400 per night for a 3-night minimum plus the cleaning fee.

Any nights after the 3 minimum are $250 per night

April, 2010  weekends are $900 for 2 or 3 nights - same price
May weekends are $400 per night or a 3-night minimum, or $1,200 for 2 or 3 nights
Memorial Day weekend, 2010 is $600 per night plus $200 cleaning fee
fee for the 3 nights. The 8% taxes, internet service, and cable TV
are already included in the rate
Summer, 2010, weekly rentals are $4,200 per week plus $200 for the
cleaning service. ($600 per night) Taxes are already included in this price.
Labor Day weekend, 2010 is $600 per night for a 3-night minimum
plus $200 for the cleaning fee.
October weekends are $900 for 2 or 3 night weekend
November to March weekends $750 for 2 or 3 night weekend - same price
plus the $160 off-season cleaning fee
New Years Eve is $350 per night plus the $160 cleaning fee
