Rate does not include 11% hotel tax $300 refundable deposit and $65 cleaning fee.

Payment and Cancelation policy: 50% deposit is due upon making the
reservation and the remainder is due 60 days prior to scheduled check in
date. 100% of monies paid will be returned if paid by check if reservation is
cancelled more that 60 days prior to scheduled check in date. If paid by
credit card, a 10% cancellation fee applies from the monies collected if
cancelled more than 60 days prior to shceduled check in date. If reservation
is canceled less that 60 days before check in your deposit is non refundable.
