The living room has a wall unit with cable TV, VCR, and DVD player. There are sliding glass doors off the master bedroom and living room to a private balcony, where you can enjoy the garden view and a peek a boo view of the ocean.

Both bathrooms were totally renovated, with a new large stand up shower in the master, new tub in guest bathroom, new tiles, fixtures, toilets, and cabinets in both bathrooms. The kitchen wall was removed for a more open, airy feeling. All new kitchen cabinets, appliances, fixtures, and lighting were installed in the kitchen.

For your convenience, we added a new washer and dryer and storage shelves, located in the laundry room. All walls throughout the unit were painted and sculpted.
