The WAVE condominium located at 2501 S. Ocean Drive in Hollywood, 
Florida is one of South Florida’s Premier Addresses. Located on the 
beach listed as one of the Top 10 beaches in America, unit 1014 has 
a large balcony which over looks the pool and has a south-east view 
of the ocean and beach. The building has been compared to a luxury 5 
star hotel, with its concierge and 24 hour doorman, valet parking 
and lush and tropical setting coupled with its recent 30 plus 
million dollar renovation completed in winter 2004.

Your potential unit, has been sophisticatedly decorated and 
refurnished in January 2006, featuring modern furnishings and  
whimsical Caribbean artwork. An oversized L shaped mocha micro fiber
suede couch with a queen pull out bed,  Sony Wega Television, Sony 
DVD-CD Player, and tile flooring in the Living areas are 
complimented by the Glass and Leather seating for 6 in the dining 
area. The kitchen features all new modern appliances, Dishwasher, 
garbage disposal, refrigerator  with ice make, built in microwave, 
electric stove, granite counters, red kitchen aid cookware, cutlery, 
coffeemaker and accessories, as well as an apartment sized washer-
dryer unit, and full service for eight. The Master bedroom features 
a new firm King Size bed, two end tables, one mirrored wall which 
reflects the ocean view, wall to wall carpeting and dresser and a 20 
inch flat screen Phillips TV. All bed linens and towels are top of 
the line, and color coordinated. A walk in closet is off the Master 
Bedroom. A Dyson vacuum cleaner completes the top of the line 
accessories in the unit.

minutes away. You are moments from the famed Westin Diplomat Resort 
with its upscale restaurants and shops. Or better yet, stroll or 
bike along our 4-mile boardwalk and visit the outdoor cafes of every 
type and entertainment. The boardwalk’s southern most tip ends 25 
yards from our property.

If you love the water, then you have found the right place. The 
Heated Pool and Beach are just an elevator ride away. Pool side 
Lounge Chairs and the Tiki Bar are available for your convenience. 
Or you can take a day cruise to the Bahamas. Water sports, fishing 
trips are also close by. You can go to the horse races at Gulfstream 
or just relax at the beach.

The Hollywood Hard Rock Hotel and Casino recently
opened its doors with over 2000 games. We have it all. If you love 
shopping, welcome to paradise. Aventura mall is minutes away,

January 2009 - July  2009       $ 2650.00 per month

August 2009 - December 2009     $ 2625.00 per month

 SPECIAL -6 months or longer pre-paid rental starts at $2400.00 per 
month, (Note:  Florida does NOT assess a Use Tax on rentals of 6 
months or more)

 Yearly rental is $ 2000.00 per month, (not including electric)

FLEXIBLE START AND END DATES ARE POSSIBLE, PLEASE INQUIRE

Other:
All utilities, valet parking, local phone service and condo 
amenities are included. 

$95 cleaning fee, 13% or applicable Florida State and Local tax is 
additional for less than 6 month rental. Board application and 
approval is required, app  fee is $ 150.00, payable by applicant(s).
