Sunday River and 20 minutes to Mt. Abrams. Perfect for snowshoeing, cross country skiing,
snowmobiling (lots of local trails) & ice fishing (wonderful ice fishing!)!!

In the summer, it's a paradise with the lake at your doorstep and two kayaks and a canoe at your
disposal. Fire up the grill and relax in one of two hammocks for a perfect summer day!

This 4BR home boasts a king master bedroom with cathedral ceilings and private sun deck. A queen
room with beautiful woodland views. A double bunk room with skylight and a funky loft with two twin
beds. Modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, disposal, washer/drier and updated appliances. A large
kitchen table seats eight comfortably and the screened-in porch offers lovely 3-season dining.

In the summer, enjoy the pristine lake! In the winter, there are myriad outdoor activities
including local ski mountains, tubing hills, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling and ice
fishing!

Enjoy the wood stove, 27" flat screen TV with over 60 DVDs to watch and FREE WIFI! Perfect for
families with KIDS. There's a full-sized crib in the master bedroom, a pack-n-play, booster seat,
baby monitor, baby gates, bed rails, etc. For bigger kids, there's a pool table and foosball in the
basement!
