Lake Pend Oreille Million Dollar View in Sandpoint

Sunnyside is located on Lake Pend Oreille, just ten miles from downtown Sandpoint, and just 1.5 hours
from Spokane International Airport (Spokane, WA). Lake Pend Oreille is 43 miles long and a maximum of
1100 feet deep. We are bounded by the Kaniksu National Forest. The winter climate is milder than is
found to the east and summers tend to be dry and clear.

There are many seasonable activities to enjoy in the Sandpoint area. Outside opportunities include an
abundance of winter fun and activities on fabulous Lake Pend Oreille. Winter activities include skiing
at Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort.

In addition to our local winery (Pend Oreille Winery), brewery (Laughing Dog), great dining (Ivanos),
theater, movies and shopping (Coldwater Creek), we have Silverwood Theme Park, and events such as The
Festival at Sandpoint and Lost in the '50s.

Peak Season Pricing:
$1950 per week with 7 nights
$350 per night with 2 night mimimum
