Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining room and breakfast nook. Kitchen amenities include all stainless steel appliances, a double oven and gas cook top along with an oversized island with granite countertops throughout. The dining area offers seating for 8 at the table and 4 at the island. The cozy breakfast nook has seating for 4 and access to the wrap-around deck.
The southwest corner of the main level features the secluded master suite offering a king size log bed, fireplace, TV, cathedral ceiling and stained glass accents. The master bath has an elevated soaking tub, rain shower for two, double sinks and custom stone finishes. The main level includes another bedroom furnished with a queen bed, fireplace, TV and private deck. Adjacent to this room is a half-bath.
The upper level has an additional master suite featuring a king size bed, full size sofa-sleeper, TV and private attached bathroom. Across the enclosed bridge overlooking the courtyard you will find the bonus room and bunk room. The bonus room features a king size bed, queen size futon, TV, sitting area and bathroom. The last room on the upper level is the bunkroom furnished with 2 sets of twin size bunk beds and 2 twin beds for a total of 6 beds. This is an ideal room for children or adults that do not mind dorm-like sleeping arrangements.
The walk-out lower level family room features a wet bar/kitchenette, an island fireplace and pool table. Included is a 52 inch Runco home theater along with a 32 inch LCD TV available for your gameboy/video connections. The double french doors provide access outside to the hot tub area. The family room offers ample space for the friends and family to get together and entertain. Also on the lower level is a half-bath along with 2 bedrooms each furnished with queen size beds, TVs and separate/private bathrooms.
