Orlando area airports-Orlando International and Executive Airport, shopping, restaurants,  10 minutes from downtown via the East/West Expressway (408) and convienient to both East and West coasts of Florida. At approximately 1000 sq ft the unit has stainless steel appliances,  granite counter tops including  wine cooler, built in microwave, gas range and  full size washer and dryer in unit.  Wood floors throughout, tile baths  new berber carpeting in the bedrooms central AC and Heating.

Gated community with pool, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis court, dog park and childrens
play lot . Walk to grocery and shops. City bus stops in front side of complex. This is in a
nice regular Orlando neighborhood not in the middle of hotels.

1 month rental = $1650.00 per month us
3 month rental = $1450.00 per month us
6 month rental = $1250.00 per month us
Rates are negotiable for off season. Can be leased long term if required for negotiable rate.

Nightly does not apply, unit only availble for 1 week or more increments.
