The property is ideally located on the Gold Coast of Cape Coral only minutes from the main shopping
areas and restaurants. Fort Myers with its extensive shopping facilities is nor more than 10
minutes from Cape Coral Bridge. Cape Coral beach can be reached in less than 10 minutes, whilst
Fort Myers Beach is approximately 15-20 minutes by car. Sanibel and Captiva islands are about 15-
20 minutes by car. Local activities include boating, fishing, jet-skiing, golf, cycling, tennis,
parasailing, swimming, diving, water skiing and windsurfing. Restaurants and shopping are just
minutes away and there are many local golf courses. The Orlando theme parks are 3 hours by car.
Busch Gardens is approximately 2 hours away. The property is only 25 minutes from South West
Florida International (Fort Myers) airport. Approximately 2 hours from Miami International or
Tampa airports.

Weekly rate: $1,500
Monthly Rate: $5,000

Rates are for 6 people.
Additional fees apply per person per week (due to increase in utility expenses).

Additional fees: Security deposit of $500 (refundable);
Cleaning fee of $250;
Taxes (11%)

Christmas/New Year: $2500 per week

(Owner will consider nightly rental, however all of the above fees still apply with a nightly rate)
