3 bedroom 2 bath home on lake with excellent boat dock and large yard. Property is mostly level and
easily accessible by vehicles. Lot's of parking available. Main floor has one bedroom with bunk bed that has a single and double bed. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed with single and double, and a fold up bed. The other bedroom downstairs has a queen size bed and is tastefully decorated. Living room and all three bedrooms have their own TV's. Both bathrooms have
jaquzzi/steam showers and built in stereo systems. This is truly a beautiful place to get away from it all and have an amazing vacation in a contemporary lakeshore home.

Tastefully decorated lake front home with, boat dock, firepit at dock and one on deck, jacuzzi/steam showers, tv's in 4 rooms, excellent sound system, large parking area, large landscaped lot. Large dock and plenty of swimming room. PLEASE NOTE: SHORE STATIONS IN PICTURES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE. Finley Point State Park is close by for boat ramp.

Summer: Boating, water skiing, swimming, fishing, river rafting - all easy from this great property.
There are many summer festivals in and around Polson. This is also the time for Pow Wows. Fruit is ripe and it's cherry season!
Spring: Cherry blossoms along the East shore are an amazing site as orchard after orchard is in
bloom.
Fall/Winter: Apple picking time and everything takes on a new color. Now is the season for the
Tamaracs. Winter brings great skiing at Black Tail Skii Resort, and Whitefish Mountain Resort.
vacation rental rates
$2000 per week in June, $2500 per week July through September 2nd. $2000 per week rest of September. Lower weekly/monthly rates rest of year. Rates include tax and basic cleaning fees. Minimum Rental is 7 days, unless agreed upon by Property Manager. It is possible depending upon availabilty to reserve less than one week if it is in addition to week reserved. Refundable Security Deposit of $1000 is required. 1/2 of deposit is due in advance to confirm reservation.
