Extended stays (3 months or more) rates are negotiable.

Securty Deposit : $300.00- $750, may be required depending on length of stay.

All rates are subject to change until receipt of deposit.

Cleaning Fee: A $100 cleaning fee after each stay will be charged.

Reservations: 50% deposit due to reserve. 

Full Payment: Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations: Cancellations made prior to 30 days before arrival date are subject to a $50 fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival require full forfeiture of rental amount.
