home located in Timber Ridge, a private, secluded, tennis oriented
group of homes. A two car

lanai provides a great venue for
those early breakfasts and late afternoon cocktails and you'll enjoy

fine dining facilities and famous
sites such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Museum

contribute to a great rental experience.

Our home has central A/C, new ceiling fans in all rooms, cable TV, a
security system,
washer/dryer, with tile and newly carpeted floors. The kitchen has
all new stainless steel
appliances including stove, refrigerator with ice maker, micro-wave,
dishwasher and disposal.
Cooking accoutrements include all necessary implements such as coffee
maker, mixer, blender, and
plenty of glassware, silverware, etc. You can eat at the teak dining
room table or on barstools at
the kitchen counter. Bedrooms have night tables, dressers with
mirrors and plenty of closet space.
The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a king size bed.
The guest bedroom has two twin
beds. Each bedroom has its own generous bathroom and each is located
on opposite sides of the house
giving maximum privacy for you and your guests.

The tennis club in our community has 15 clay courts, a pool and a
fitness room available at
seasonal rates. Two Trek bikes will be found in the garage and our
private area is perfect for
jogging or biking. A Publix supermarket, Walgreen drug, and a
variety of restaurants and shops lay
within a half mile of Timber Ridge. In the larger Vero area can be
found a large number of
excellent golf courses, all manner of fitness clubs and the beaches
are 12-15 minutes from your
house. Many fine restaurants shops, museums, art galleries,
theaters, classes and special lectures
from Indian River State College, and don't forget our large public
library system. Fishing, boating
kayaking and other water sports are a natural part of out area's
activities both in the ocean and
the inter-coastal waterway.
