High Season (Summer & Holidays) $2,500 - $2,650 per week
Mid Season (September, April, May & June) $1,600 to $2,000 per week
Low Season (October, November, December, January, Feb.) $1,250 to
$1,500 per week

Nightly rentals are available during Mid and Low Seasons, however a
two night minimum is required.
High Season we only rent Saturday to Saturday
A $500 Security Deposit is required at booking
Cleaning Fee of $150
