Three bedrooms furnished with Queen and 2 King Size beds, 2 bathrooms, large couch makes into bed. Fireplace, 46" flat screen Sattllite TV (see pictures) 1. Less than one (1) mile to a large Terrible's Casino; Google (Terrible's Lakeside Casino, Pahrump)   Great food 
2. Less than two (2) miles from beautiful Mountain Falls professional golf course; Google
3. Approximately 4 miles from bustling down town Pahrump casinos and night life. Google (Pahrump)
All Bedrooms has new end tables, lamps. Larger walk in closets.

Perfect for Front Sight attendees! A short drive to FS and they even have a gun safe. Well appointed kitchen and a washer and dryer all make this a very convenient place to stay. The lack of motel rooms caused us to look at this alternative, but next time we will start with this option.

Owners response: Thank you all for your reviews! Aileen and I truly appreciate feedback; it has been a major part of our success since we decided to actively cater to fellow Front Sight Students. We are the first vacation rental in the area and have realized our fellow Front Sight students are fantastic renters! We not only donate a % of each rent to the NRA to protect our second amendment rights, but promise to invest a big part of rent money back into guest’s suggestions to make their stay more memorable. We hope they will continue to feel a part of this endeavor as many of our repeat guests already do.
History: We first intended to retire to this home, but our many new guest friends have persuaded us to make this their Home Away, or their Front Sight student compound as some say. Here are just few suggestions we have taken to heart.
A guest suggested we have a poker table, so we made a man cave complete with a full sized poker table and profession chips. (See photo) A guest suggested Wi-Fi, we added a free high speed WI-FI. A guest suggested we add a foam cover to the beds so we added 3” memory foam to all beds. A guest suggested we have a barbeque available, we not only added a barbeque, but furnish propane to light the charcoal as we know that after a day on the range, no one wants to wait on lighter fluid. A guest suggested we add a large patio. Sorry folks that is coming this fall. One last thing here is an example of the integrity of our many guests; I left a six pack of beer in the refrigerator five years ago with a note “use it replace it” it has grown, and never been under a case of many different brands ?

Great home base for your Frontsight trip!

Our family attended 4 day classes at Frontsight, The house was equipped with all the comforts of home and 1000x better than staying at a hotel. It was great to to return "home" from a full day of training and eat dinner, spread out and relax! Plenty of room for the 5 of us. The ride to FS is quick, somewhere between 15 and 20 minutes and about 10-15 minutes to "downtown" Pahrump.

The house was clean and in decent shape. Kitchen was well-equipped and the honor bar was a nice touch! Gene and Aileen were easy to communicate with and we had a very pleasant experience.

We stayed at this desert home while attending a 4 day Front Sight course. The home was charming. You could tell that it was set up for guests with much thought, love, and care. Everything was clean and comfortable. Kitchen supplies and some non perishable food were left for us to use. There were special touches everywhere. There was also an honor bar which was a very nice idea. The area was quiet and the desert was beautiful. We came home each day from the range hot and tired, and it was wonderful to be able to relax in a place that we called "home". Thanks, Gene and Aileen for allowing us to stay here. We'll be back!
