A very unique apartment.

Cosy and amazingly quiet (you will hear nothing but birds)

in probably one of the most busy, fun and famous area in Paris.

Right on Pigalle Circus, 1 block to the Moulin Rouge, 2 blocks to the
Sacre Coeur, close to all the best shops, the very place to go out and
see Paris by night.  Pigalle is not only about the sexy reputation we
all know about, it's also the musician and artistic quarter, part of
Montmartre, and incredibly dynamic. Due to the permanent activity,
it's also one of the safest area in Paris.

And if you still wanna see the rest of the city :) the apartment is
located right in front of the subway station, bus station, and all the
facilities.
(I can also give you some tips and advice if you feel like using the
wonderful parisian bike-renting system, one of the nicest way of
wandering through the city...)

The apartment is on the 5th floor, and I'm sorry there's no elevator,
but the view over the parisian rooftops and the Eiffel Tower (cf the
picture below) really is breathtaking, and surely worth the steps (and
the fact that we're just under the roof gives to the all place a very
special, charming atmosphere).
The apartment is oriented south - south-west , so there's a lot of
direct sunlight : in the bedroom and the bathroom in the morning, and
in the main room all afternoon.
The decoration is tasteful but very simple, zen and sober, and does involve a lot
of plants.

The size of the apartment makes it a perfect accomodation for 4 people, but it can also easily fit a family up to 6 people travelling in a budget. However, it will be a real heaven for a single couple looking for a vast, romantic and extra-comfortable place.

45m2 (about 480 sqft):

+ A master bedroom, with a comfortable double bed (Queen size), 2
windows and a lot of storage.

+ A brand new bathroom (and in my opinion, incredibly cute) fitted
with shower.

+ A large main room, with an open kitchen and a living room. Large and
comfy sofa-bed for 2 people . The dining table can accomodate 4 people and the kitchen itself is fully equipped (microwave, oven, boiler, coffe machine, toaster...) and made for people who likes cooking (I'll let at your disposal my large collection of spices and herbs if you feel like it :) )

Of course all the dishes are provided, as for the linen and towels. Extra matress on request.

Home cinema, Hifi system, High Speed Internet and telephone line are at your
disposal.
There's also a washing machine, and possibility of ironing.

Weekly housekeeping is provided.
Fresh flowers, small provisions and a bottle of good wine would be
provided at your arrival.

And if you fancy anything else, just say so ! I will do my very best to make your stay as comfortable and unique as possible.

Montmartre, historical and pedestrian area, is world famous for its
unique atmosphere, its restaurants, small shops, monuments.
Also close to boulangeries, grocers, supermarkets (in Pigalle, they're
open every day until midnight), bars, cafes, nightclubs...
5 minutes walking to the Opera Area and "les Grands Boulevards",
filled with a lot of movie theater, live theater, art galleries and
amazing shops.
By subway it will take you 10 minutes to be on the Champs Elysees, or
10 minutes in the other direction to reach "les Buttes Chaumont" park,
my personnal favorite in Paris (a little paradise, located on a hill).
10 minutes to the river as well, if you feel like taking a boat trip...
Close to Gare du Nord, where you can take the fast train to the airport.

If you wish so, on your arrival, we will take the time to talk about what you would like to do during your stay here, and I will, depending on your wishes and interests, give you advices and tips so you can have the best time possible here. You will also be able to call me if you have the smallest problem or question regarding the apartement or you stay in general.

690 euros a week (or 110 euros per night) between the 15th of June and the 15th of September,  and between the 20th of december and the 4th of January.

580 euros a week (or 90 euros per night) for the rest of the year.

Deals calculated on the nightly rate applying on the rental period. For example, 15% off a stay, for any period between the 15th of June to the 15th of september, would be 93 euros per night, and 20 % would be 88 euros per night.
